Welcome to Skyline Health. We want to make it comfortable and convenient for you to visit your family and friends. As a visitor you’ll find all the information you need about our staff, programs, services, procedures and facilities right at your fingertips.

Visitation Policy: Only essential visitors are allowed for COVID positive patients. 
Visiting Hours

Our official visiting hours are from 8 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Friday and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, our hours can be flexible for immediate family members. At the nurse’s discretion, these hours may be modified as medical situations warrant. We consider rest to be a very important factor in your treatment and recovery. Please don’t hesitate to ask visitors to leave or delay a visit if you’re tired. Your nurse can help you limit your visitors and their length of stay. ​

After Hours Access

The front doors are locked at 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and closed on Sunday for security reasons, after hours visitors must request entrance via the Emergency Department entrance. ​

Cafeteria (Located in the lower level of the hospital)

Meals in the cafeteria are prepared on-site by our experienced dietary staff. Guest trays are available at a minimal charge for family and friends who would like to eat with a patient. Meals may be ordered at the kitchen and paid for at the front desk. 24-hour beverage and snack service is available from vending machines. A microwave oven and complimentary coffee are available in the cafeteria for your convenience. ​

Parking

Free parking is available on Skyline’s upper-level campus. Additional parking is available in the lower-level parking lot located near Skyline Physical Therapy at 253 Rhine Village Drive. ​

Tobacco-Free Campus

Skyline Health has adopted a tobacco-free policy to provide a safe and healthy environment for employees, patients and visitors. All tobacco products are prohibited on all of Skyline’s campuses. This includes the parking areas. For those who use tobacco produces, please exit Skyline’s campus. Our goal is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, so please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help make it easier for you to adhere to our tobacco-free policy.

Wifi

Wireless Internet access is available for patients and guests. To access the wireless connection, open your wireless client and connect to “Skyline Guest”. Ask your nurse for the access code.
