Information for Visitors

We’re here to make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible. Whether you're here to see a loved one or support a friend, we want you to feel at ease. Find information about our facilities—so you can focus on what matters most: being there for the people you care about.

Visiting Hours

  • 8 am – 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 am – 5 pm, Saturday and Sunday

Please note, our hours can be flexible for immediate family members. Your nurse may adjust these hours based on your medical needs to ensure you’re getting the best care possible. Rest is an essential part of healing, and it’s okay to ask for quiet time if you’re feeling tired. If you’d like help limiting visitors or shortening visits, just let your nurse know—we’re here to support you.

COVID Visitation Policy: If a patient is COVID positive, only essential visitors are allowed.

After Hours Access

The front doors to the facility are locked at 5 pm, Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday for security reasons. After hours visitors should enter through the Emergency Department.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria is located in the lower level of the hospital. Meals are prepared on-site by our experienced dietary staff. If you’d like to eat with a patient, guest trays are available at a minimal charge for family and friends. Guest meals may be ordered at the kitchen and paid for at the front desk.

For your convenience, vending machines with beverages and snacks are available 24/7 in the cafeteria, as well as a microwave oven and complimentary coffee.

Parking

Free parking is available on Skyline’s upper-level campus. Additional parking is available in the lower-level parking lot located near Skyline Physical Therapy at 253 Rhine Village Drive.

Skyline Health is a Tobacco-Free Campus

To support a safe, healthy environment for everyone, Skyline Health is proud to be a tobacco-free campus. All tobacco products are prohibited on all of Skyline’s campuses, including parking areas for employees, patients and visitors.

If you use tobacco, we kindly ask that you step off campus to do so. Our goal is to make your time with us as comfortable as possible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can do to support you while you’re here.

Wifi

Wireless internet access is available for patients and guests. Just connect to ‘Skyline Guest.’ There is no code needed.
