While we enjoy welcoming you in person to our office, we know that it’s not always convenient, especially when life gets busy. Virtual Visits offer the same quality of care you expect from Skyline Health but with the flexibility to meet your schedule.

What To Do Before Your Appointment

1. If joining on your computer, simply click the Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link in your appointment confirmation.

  • Choose “Join on the Web” option, if available. This is the quickest way to connect to your Virtual Appointment.
  • If you have Teams downloaded on your computer, you can also join via the desktop app.
  • If joining on your mobile device, click “download the app”. Your device will prompt you to download an application. Please allow the app to load.

2. You will be prompted to allow access to your microphone and camera for the meeting. Please allow.

3. You may receive a call prior to your appointment from our IT department to make sure you are all setup for the meeting.

If you are having difficulty getting connected, please feel free to contact the Skyline Health IT department at (509) 637-2911 and select option “2”. You will be connected to a support technician who will walk you through any issues you may have.
