Skyline Health Foundation Receives $20,000 Donation Supporting Breast Health

WHITE SALMON, Wash. The Skyline Health Foundation is proud to announce a generous $20,000 donation to its Breast Health Program, made possible through a special collaboration between the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and First Interstate Bank. This significant contribution will help expand access to vital breast health services, including mammograms, diagnostic imaging, and advanced equipment, for the Columbia River Gorge. The funding aligns with Skyline Health’s commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to rural communities.

“Thanks to the partnership between the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and First Interstate Bank, we can continue to support and empower women and men in our community through early detection and preventive care,” said Elizabeth Vaivoda, Skyline Health Foundation executive director. “This donation is a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of investing in rural healthcare.”
