Temporary Restrictions on Visitation and Suspension of Some Services

Skyline Health takes its role in protecting the health of it patients very seriously and is prepared to serve its communities during this uncertain time. With the continuing spread of COVID-19 within the U.S., Skyline’s team is working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state and local health authorities, to care for affected individuals while taking steps to limit person-to-person spread within our communities.
Toward this safety effort, Skyline Health is temporarily restricting visitation and suspending some services until further notice. We will continue to update our communities as new information arises.
VISITATION RESTRICTIONS
Restricting in-person visits to hospitalized patients
Exceptions include:
- Emergency Department patient may have one support person.
- Children under the age of 18 may have one advocate, parent or guardian.
- Patients requiring escort for mobility, interpretation or medical decision-making may have one escort.
All support or escort persons must be free of fever or respiratory symptoms.
SERVICES SUSPENDED
Suspending screening mammograms
Suspending elective surgical procedures (if a delay of up to 3 months will not harm the patient)
Suspending Physical Therapy visits
MEETING SPACE/CAFE SUSPENDED
Suspending public use of the meeting space
Suspending public use of the café
